Production Floor Walkthrough
Six key stations on the production floor —follow a boat from raw materials to global shipment.
Production Line
Our 12,000 m² facility operates dedicated assembly lines for SUP boards, kayaks, dinghies, and inflatable boats. Each line is optimized for its product category with specialized tooling and skilled operators.
PVC Welding & Drop-Stitch
High-frequency RF welding presses and hot-air seam sealers bond PVC and drop-stitch fabrics with sub-millimetre precision. Every seam is visually inspected and peel-tested for strength.
Quality Control Lab
Independent QC lab with tensile testers, temperature chambers, and UV resistance testing. Every batch of raw material is verified before entering production.
Pressure Testing
Every chamber is inflated to 1.25脳 rated pressure and held for 24–48 hours. Pressure sensors log continuously —chambers exceeding 5% pressure drop are rejected.
Warehouse & Inventory
Finished goods warehouse with batch-tracked inventory. Each unit is logged by SKU, production date, and QC status before release to shipping.
Packing & Container Loading
Products are vacuum-packed, boxed, and palletized for container loading. Our logistics team manages FOB, CIF, and DDP shipments to 50+ countries.
Production Process
Six quality-gated stages from material receiving to global shipping.
Material Inspection
All incoming PVC, Hypalon, and drop-stitch fabrics are tested for tensile strength, tear resistance, and UV stability before batch release.
Drop Stitch Production
Drop-stitch cores are woven with thousands of polyester threads per square meter, then bonded to outer PVC laminates under controlled heat and pressure.
PVC Welding
Tube chambers are assembled using RF dielectric welding and hot-air heat sealing. Weld width is verified every 50 units with peel testing.
Air Pressure Testing
Each chamber is pressurized to 1.25脳 rated pressure for 24–48 hours. Automated sensors log pressure curves and flag any chamber exceeding 5% drop.
Final QC
100-point inspection checklist per unit: visual defect scan, accessory completeness, label verification, and packaging integrity check.
Global Shipping
Container loading, export documentation, and customs clearance managed in-house. FOB , CIF, or DDP to 50+ countries worldwide.
