Thousands of high-tenacity polyester threads connect the top and bottom PVC layers, creating an internal tension structure that delivers near-hard-hull rigidity at 12-15 PSI. PVC & Hypalon Material Science

Wavefella uses multi-layer laminated PVC (for recreational SUPs and kayaks) and CSM Hypalon rubber (for commercial models).
